Working principle


The raw water to be processed is collected in tanks. A known amount is pumped into the above tank, where the water is deposited with alum for coagulation with heavy or insoluble metals.

The water settles for half an hour after coagulation. Impurities can also be removed using reverse osmosis techniques. The supernatant water is led to the chlorination tank, where disinfection is mainly carried out by the bubbling chlorine gas.

Then the water passes through sand filters to collect undisclosed impurities. The water after sand filtration passes through carbon filters to remove odor, color and also dechlorination. Product water has a very low TDS value, which does not taste good.

The water turns bitter and to improve the taste, we supply the mineral addition system or the mixing system. The agitator mixes the physical mineral in the mixing tank and the dosing pump dispenses the mineral in water before crowning with the TDS controller.
